Victoria Eljach, M.A., BCBA., LBA, earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad de La Sabana (Colombia), and a master’s degree in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis from University of Houston-Clear Lake. Victoria is a Licensed Behavior Analyst with 14 years of experience providing intensive Applied Behavior Analysis services for children, adolescents and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and developmental disabilities. Victoria has been part of The Reason for Hope Team for three years. She has experience developing, implementing and evaluating behavior intervention programs based on behavioral assessment to teach appropriate behavior and decrease challenging behavior. Victoria is originally from Colombia and she is bilingual (English/Spanish). During her free-time she loves to play and spend time with her 3-year old son Santiago “Santi”, and as a good Latin woman she loves to dance. She also likes to travel and learn about different cultures. She loves Latin food, sushi, and a good steak.
